All other unsubscribe requests can easily be processed by sending an e-mail, including the e-mail address you wish to remove, to support@foreverlivinghealth.com. Clients may be asked to provide certain Personal Information when they purchase our Products. This includes name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and billing information (such as a credit card number). The Personal Information collected from Clients during the registration process is used to manage each Client's account (such as for billing purposes). This information is not shared with third parties, unless specifically stated otherwise or in special circumstances. In instances where our company and a partner jointly promote our Products, we may provide the partner certain Personal Information, such as the name, address, e-mail address and username of persons who subscribed to the Services as a result of the joint venture for the sole purpose of allowing us and the partner to assess the results of the promotion. If you order Products directly from our company we will use the Personal Information you provide only to process that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Additionally, in some instances, we use this aggregated and non-identifying information to deliver tailored advertisements or joint ventures. For instance, an advertiser or joint venture company tells us the audience they want to reach and provides us an advertisement tailored to the audience. Responses to Email Inquiries When Subscribers or Clients send email inquiries to our company, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Our company does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party. Forever Living Health, Inc Affiliates, Joint Venture Partners, Subscribers and Clients are strictly forbidden to advertise or promote Forever Living Health, Inc products or services, via any form of Spam. Forever Living Health, Inc Affiliates, Joint Venture Partners, Subscribers and Clients, agree to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy. Forever Living Health, Inc reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion what constitutes Spam. Forever Living Health, Inc Affiliates, Joint Venture Partners, Subscribers and Clients found to be using Forever Living Health, Inc products or services to engage in Spam may, at Forever Living Health, Inc's discretion, be immediately cut off from use of all Forever Living Health, Inc products and services. Forever Living Health, Inc will take any steps it deems necessary to prevent it from being involved in Spam and will legally pursue any person(s) or organization(s) that involve it in Spam allegations. If damages of any kind are levied against Forever Living Health, Inc, it will pursue full legal recourse against the offending person(s) and/or organization(s) under any and all applicable laws. If you believe that you have received Spam connected to Forever Living Health, Inc in any way, send a complaint including the unsolicited email, to support@foreverlivinghealth.com . You may also provide any other information that you believe may help a Forever Living Health, Inc's investigation. Forever Living Health, Inc will use new or updated Personal Information it receives from clients to update its own records. 12. Access to Personal Information Forever Living Health, Inc will afford you a reasonable opportunity to review the Personal Information in your file, if you so request by emailing us at support@foreverlivinghealth.com. If Forever Living Health, Inc is not able to provide access to some aspect of a client's Personal Information, it will provide reasons for denying access such as; that by doing so would likely reveal Personal Information about a third party, or that it is confidential commercial information or attorney–client privileged communications, or that the information relates to a breach of an agreement or a contravention of law, or that its disclosure could reasonably be expected to threaten the life or security of another individual. Clients have the right to request that inaccurate or incomplete information be amended as appropriate, by contacting Forever Living Health, Inc as described above. Forever Living Health, Inc will promptly correct such Personal Information. Forever Living Health, Inc reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy, and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner, by updating this posting.
