“I haven't had heartburn for over 4 weeks!!!"

"I have had chronic heartburn for the past couple of years. I was believing that when I ate certain foods like pasta, milk, rice, and grains like oatmeal and cereal that I was helping to correct the problem.

I would feel OK for about a half an hour after eating but the heartburn would always come back.

Learning about the acid / alkaline classification of all foods really helped. I now know what foods help balance and neutralize my body's pH and am proud to say that I haven't had heartburn for over 4 weeks.

Now when I eat acid forming foods like pasta, rice, dairy or meat I prepare and recover my body with alkaline foods like lemon water, fresh juice and raw veggies.

Since applying your tips and using the Food Combining Chart my gas has stopped and I new have a boyfriend. Things are pretty serious and I think he is going to ask me to marry him.
